Custom Machining

Our machining department houses a variety of equipment to fit your needs. Our CNC Milling capabilities accommodate parts up to 120 inches long. Our machines also have turning capabilities up to 24 inches around and 160 inches long. We continuously invest in equipment that will expand our ability to support our fabrication department, as well as meet the wide variety of our customers' needs. Machining Equipment

HAAS VR-11 5-axis CNC Mill

Our newest HAAS CNC mill can accommodate materials up to 120" long and 40" wide, making it more than capable of completing any job, big or small. This 5-axis Vertical Machining Center allows for quick, accurate machining.

Chevalier 3-axis Mill VMC

This vertical machining center has 42" x 24" x and y-axis travels.

Milltronics Conversational Mill

Our Milltronics conversational mill is equipped with a 40" x 20" table.

Conventional Mills

Our conventional mills are equipped with 50" x 10" tables.

HAAS ST35 CNC Lathe

Our HAAS ST35 can turn materials up to 13-3/4" in diameter and 32-1/2" long and has a 4" spindle bore. This machine is also equipped with live tooling.

HAAS SL30 CNC Lathe

This lathe can turn materials up to 17" in diameter and 26" in length and has a 3" spindle bore.

Acra Conventional Lathe

Our Acra conventional lathe is equipped with a 24" chuck. It can turn up to 26" in diameter and up to 160" in length, and has a 6" bore.
