Trumpf TruLaser 1030
Our 4000 watt Trumpf fiber laser boasts a 5' x 10' sheet capacity and can cleanly pierce through steel up to 1" thick, aluminum and stainless steel up to 3/4" thick, and brass and copper up to 1/4" thick. Our laser can also etch designs, letters, and numbers into sheet metal for a variety of purposes ranging from precise labeling to embellishing your custom parts.
Trumpf TruBend 3170
With a 12' bend length capacity and 170 tons of pressure, our Trumpf TruBend press brake is the latest and greatest in sheet metal forming. At 12' long, we can bend up to 11 ga material. At shorter lengths, our machine can form up to 3/8" materials. The machine's Delem 3D control and 4-axis back gauge, coupled with our skilled programming team, makes it simple to yield production-style parts quickly and accurately.
Techni Intec-G2 713 Waterjet
Our waterjet can cut sheets spanning up to 7' x 13' and up to 8" thick. The waterjet is not limited to metal processing, but can also cut an assortment of other materials including various plastics and rubbers. Additionally, the Techni boasts a 5-axis rotating head, allowing for cutting and beveling at various angles.
Hydmech S-23A Horizontal Pivot Band Saw
Our Hydmech horizontal band saw can cut material at any angle you need between 90 and 30 degrees. At a 90 degree cut, the machine can hold materials up to 20" wide and 16" tall, or 16" in diameter. At a 45 degree cut, the machine can slice products up 14" wide and 16" tall, or 14" in diameter. At 30 degrees, the Hydmech can cut materials up to 8-1/2" wide and 16" tall, or 8-1/2" in diameter. Our facility can easily accommodate shape stock up to 40' in length.
Montgomery Hydraulic Plate Bending Roll
The Montgomery plate roll can form material up to 5' wide and 1/4" thick, allowing us to form various round materials such as pipe, duct, and more.
Cincinnati 250HS10 Hydraulic Shear
Our Cincinnati hydraulic shear is capable of slicing through steel up to 1/4" thick and stainless steel up to 3/16" thick. This machine can accommodate materials up to 10' long.
GEKA Hydracrop 55 Iron Worker
Our iron worker has 55 tons of punching capacity and can punch up to 3/4" plate and shear up to 3/8" x 5" angle. We also have attachments for notching and coping materials with this machine as well.
Cincinnati CB 175 Hydraulic Press Brake
Our 175 ton hydraulic press brake boasts a 10' bending length for materials up to 1/4" thick.
Trumpf TrumaBend V85
The TrumaBend V85 serves as a supplementary machine for forming parts less than 6' in bend length.
